Anyone who joins our team finds themselves immersed in a corporate culture different from that of more traditional Italian companies. To ensure this progress, we follow a completely new paradigm in performance evaluation that – unlike the classic attribution of value as an end in itself – is based on principles of personal development.
The program we use – called Better Conversation is designed to enhance the moment of feedback through active listening and the involvement of colleagues from different sectors. A significant part of the incentive system is then quantified based on how much the resource becomes a bearer of our values. This is another element that makes our reality unique.

- Onboarding & Culture. To share and strengthen our values, the entire team has access to an e-learning platform where they can learn the fundamentals of the company's business and strategic vision. The entire organization is also involved in periodic training on the Agile methodology, which represents a shared working approach at Casavo.
- Technical Boost. To fuel the growth of each team member, we develop targeted upskilling and reskilling paths, providing the skills needed to fill each specific role. All of this is carried out through on-demand content and workshops led by external professionals or internal colleagues.
- Leadership Essential. Managers are an essential resource for Casavo's growth, so we organize mentoring and coaching initiatives dedicated specifically to them.

#3: At Casavo, we are flexible and we love smart working
The well-being of the team and the work-life balance are fundamental issues for us. For this reason, we have defined guidelines to follow so that everyone can carve out personal moments and temporarily unplug from work. Some examples? We never schedule meetings during the lunch break and avoid sending non-urgent communications between 8 pm and 8 am.
Employees with a family unit also enjoy dedicated support and additional health insurance, which covers all members.
Now more than ever, we give the right space to smart working. To tell the truth, we have always been great admirers of this working method for the flexibility it offers. However, the ongoing pandemic has made us take a further step forward: we have signed a new policy that provides the possibility of adopting the smart working method whenever we want.
#4: Casavo takes care of its team
The Covid-19 emergency has changed the lives and the way we work for all of us. From the very beginning, at Casavo we extended the smart working policy to 5 days a week, ensuring everyone can work from home in complete safety.
We have also activated additional insurance to allow all employees and their families to receive the necessary assistance in the event of infection and hospitalization. The policy also covers the post-hospitalization phase, home medical care, and various support services, such as home grocery delivery.
But we didn't stop there: to keep our team safe, we have provided all offices with personal protective equipment such as masks, gloves, and shoe covers. We also guarantee reimbursement for serological tests and swabs, thus encouraging prevention and ensuring that the situation is always under control.
Finally, to reduce the need to use public transport and concretely demonstrate our social commitment, we cover taxi and car sharing expenses for all those who do not have a car.
As you can understand, Casavo cares not only about its customers but – first and foremost – the team that works every day to make it grow.
