We are referring to our new application for mobile devices that allows you to open the doors of your home for remote visits, after which you can receive a purchase proposal without having to physically visit your property!
Casavo and his app: the birth of a revolutionary idea
The launch of this app is part of a larger plan that we've been working on in recent months to simplify the real estate sales experience. We were born more than two years ago with this mission and, with this new app, we decided to focus on one of the most stressful moments in the sales process: the Visit of the property. The appointments to view the house by potential buyers are often numerous - more than 20, as some of our customers have told us - and they force you to let strangers into the house and to organize your commitments according to the needs of others.
From now on, all of this will change dramatically.
Thanks to the new Casavo app, selling a house will be even easier: you can let us view your home from the comfort of your cell phone, freeing yourself from the burden of having to organize and manage visits in person.
Technology at the service of people
We had planned the launch in the coming months, but given the complex situation we are facing due to the COVID-19 virus, we decided to bring forward the release date. This tool will allow us to support our customers even during the complex period we are experiencing. In fact, we can facilitate and speed up the real estate sale process and, at the same time, fulfill all obligations under the law relating to the coronavirus emergency (Prime Ministerial Decree of 9 March 2020).
The rapid changes in the scenarios of recent days have prompted us to update our plans. In order to be able to promptly release this technological tool and restore vitality to the real estate market at a time of crisis, we decided to leave out some secondary features that we had already designed. For this reason, any advice or suggestion is more than welcome and will help us to optimize the tool in the coming weeks.
The Casavo app is available today for all private customers interested in selling their home. As the current emergency situation is putting our partner real estate agencies in difficulty, in the coming weeks we will also make the application available to them in order to be able to provide our support in this complex time.
Remote visits: how do they work?
To request an assessment of your property, just a few steps are enough:
- Visit the Casavo website and fill in all the required information.
- Get a free evaluation of your property based on the algorithm
- One of our agents will contact you on the phone To set the date and time for a remote visit
- Download the Casavo app from the Apple Store or Google Play for Android devices
- Log in to the app using your mobile number, the same one you used during the online evaluation process
- Confirm your appointment from the application; if something unexpected happens, you can change the date or time by calling our customer service directly from the app
It's super simple! At the agreed time you will receive a video call on the app and you will show your home to Casavo consultants. Once the remote visit of your property has been completed, our team of professionals will refine the initial assessment you have already received. After that, within a few days, you will receive our news. Fantastic news: an offer from Casavo for the purchase of your property!
