Hi Giuseppe, tell us a little about your old house and your change of life?
My old house, which I sold to Casavo, was a house inherited from my mother. My mother passed away on December 26, 2019, so we children, three heirs, found ourselves with this property. The intention was to sell it because each of us already owned a home. So I set out to find someone to entrust the property to. While I was doing some online research, I came across a Casavo ad—which I wasn't familiar with—that said, "Do you want to sell your home in 30 days?" I immediately rushed to the site to learn more, then I requested an online valuation. After four days, I was contacted by a member of the Casavo team and asked if I was only interested in receiving an appraisal of the property or if I was truly interested in selling it. Once the appointment was scheduled, I received the first visit.
Why did you choose to rely on Casavo?
I chose to rely on Casavo mainly for the speed of the operation.The fact that I could conclude everything in just two visits was a great convenience for me; in fact, I didn't have time to deal with a longer process through agencies. With Casavo, I was able to close the sale in a short time.
Can you describe your experience with us? What aspects surprised you most?
Personally, the experience was excellent! All the promises that had been made were kept. The property was sold in two viewings, and the deal was closed in 30 days. So the experience can only have been excellent! The aspects that positively surprised me were undoubtedly the speed and professionalism of the people I interacted with and of the entire team that supported me throughout the process.
Regarding the promise to “sell the house in 30 days,” was it respected?
It was absolutely respected in the best possible way.
What should not be missing in your dream house?
I am a lover of the city, but at the same time I love greenery, so my dream house should be located in the city center and have a nice garden. It seems a bit impossible to me because usually it is either in the city or surrounded by greenery, so it's a dream... but who knows?! Never say never, you never know in life!
