This is what happened to Lara, 35, from Monza, who together with her husband decided to leave the two-room apartment where they had lived for eight years to finally find the right space for their one-year-old daughter.

Let's start with you: tell us who you are?
I'm Lara, I'm 35 years old and I live in Monza. In my life I deal with marketing and communication.
If you could have one superpower in life, what would it be?
It would be to read the mind of my 1-year-old daughter.
Why did you decide to sell your house?
The two-room apartment where we currently live has become too small. When my husband and I bought it, about eight years ago, there were only two of us living busy lives, always away from home. Then our little girl came, and suddenly everything became even smaller! We definitely needed more space. We are buying a four-room apartment under construction, also in Monza.

Step by step: can you tell us how the sale went with Casavo?

We discussed together various aspects related to the sale and understood how to value it with a correct sales price, that would also include custom-made furniture inside the apartment. I found Stefano to be scrupulous in this work. Once the sale price was defined, the photos of the apartment were taken and in a couple of days the announcement was published online. Having very busy days, Stefano came to meet us in organizing Saturday's visits. One day was enough to receive two full-price offers. With Stefano, we therefore made some considerations about which of these to accept, also given our need to be flexible on the date of the draft.

How would you describe your experience with Casavo?
My experience has been very positive. I found a team of very professional and attentive people. The communication was simple and immediate. As for the purchase offer, we couldn't ask for better.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to sell a house?

To move into our new home as soon as possible, which I can't wait to customize. Color palettes are a great passion of mine!
