At Casavo we have developed an inclusive business model, designed to collaborate and grow together with our most important partners: real estate agents.

Our technological platform Doris is It was developed to allow agencies to upload their listings for free and report properties to the Casavo team, who can submit a purchase offer and intervene as a direct buyer.

Francesco Galzerano, owner of the real estate agency We Home Real Estate srl, told us about his experience as our partner in the city of Rome.

Tell us a little about yourself and your agency.

I've been a real estate agent since 2003, when I started almost for fun by asking for an interview at a real estate agency near my home. At the time, I was studying law, but I didn't finish. I immediately sold two houses, and this, combined with the opportunity to earn my own independence, pushed me to continue this career. Later, while still working, I resumed my studies in Business Administration and earned my EREF Master's degree at Luiss. I always said, "I'll quit tomorrow." but then, thanks to the passion that this work transmits with the houses and the people behind it, I continued.

How did you find out about Casavo?

About three years ago, when you came to see a penthouse I was selling with a colleague of mine on the Nomentana in Rome.

What idea did you have of Casavo before contacting us, and how did this idea change as you worked together?

In the real estate world, offers arrive continuously. I hadn't paid attention to Casavo; it seemed like just another player on the market. In particular, the offer on the penthouse was lower than the client's asking price; at the time, I myself had a different mindset; I was used to getting caught up in the seller's pathos and emotion. Then, since the market slowed down, I changed my mindset and began to think more and more in numbers. The Master's in Real Estate and Finance at LUISS confirmed my idea that in real estate, you necessarily have to deal with prices per square meter and statistics; you can't just follow emotions.

What opportunities? And what advantages did Casavo offer you?

I'll just say I'd like to get adopted! Casavo enriches my professional profile, it gives me continuity. The great thing about Casavo is that it works in the city center, it doesn't offer you houses in the desolate lands, as often happens. And then the team is made up of young, diligent, fast, on-the-job, always reliable people. I really appreciate the transparent approach, and this also facilitates my relationship with clients who know exactly what to expect. And’ Was it easy to explain to your customers how Casavo works?

Pretty simple. Initially, of course, I asked you a lot of questions; it was only right that I presented myself to the customer knowledgeable about the Casavo offering.

How did Doris, Casavo's technological platform, allow you to achieve the results you wanted?

I use Doris daily. It's simple, intuitive, and fast; on average, it takes a minute to upload an ad. Posting your ads on Doris brings concrete results; I've gotten the last two appointments thanks to Doris. You can also report properties to Casavo, which can purchase them directly. Last week, a report turned into an acquisition: a beautiful seventh-floor apartment in the Regina Margherita area of Trieste. I aim to become a Gold Partner soon.

I'm working almost exclusively with Casavo because it's a concrete and stimulating partner.

Many agencies call private sellers saying they have clients in their database to bring them. Very often, this isn't true. When you call the seller and talk to them and actually bring them a client, Casavo in this case, you have already earned their trust.

Would you recommend Casavo to other agencies?

Absolutely yes, because the team is young, stimulating, innovative and offers continuity of work.
