Hi Francesco, tell us about yourself: where do you live and what do you do?

My name is Francesco and I have been living in Rome for a few years. I work as a consultant for several companies. Thanks to my long-term contract and good prospects, I decided to stop renting and look for a house of my own.

Tell us about your new home! Have you been dreaming about it for a long time? Was it a long search or was it love at first sight?

I thought the search would be very long and difficult, but I must say that in the end it was love at first sight with the property that I purchased. The factors that influenced me the most were the proximity to my work and the fact that the building was located on a private road, where it was easier to find parking. In Rome, parking a car can be an impossible task!

Why did you decide to trust Casavo?

I decided to rely on Casavo because the proposal I received was very tempting. I live alone, so I had to exclude from my search all the properties that needed renovation because the renovation was not compatible with my times. Therefore, I had two remaining options: buying a new property or renovating it. For economic reasons, I decided to go for the second solution, which eventually led me to Casavo.
