We met Marco Chiozzotto, Broker Manager, and Francesco Gambetta, Assistant, to get them to tell us firsthand how the collaboration is going and what added value it is bringing to their daily activities.
Tell us a little about yourselves and how you are working together. The collaboration with Casavo has begun.
Marco: My name is Marco Chiozzotto, I am Broker Manager of the RE/MAX Build agency, founded in 2018. The agency has grown very quickly, today it has over 20 people including consultants, assistants and collaborators. I have been doing this activity for 36 years and I founded this agency together with three other financial partners. I am mainly responsible for supporting and guiding the people who work within RE/MAX Build and who are still training professionally to do this job in the best possible way.

Francesco: My name is Francesco Gambetta and until 2018 I worked in management training: through my small company, I organized conferences on legal matters with the participation of illustrious magistrates and Supreme Court advisors as speakers. When I decided to change sectors, at a time when the supply of properties exceeded demand, I focused on the real estate sector and in particular on a network based on collaboration. In 2019, I decided to join RE/MAX Build, an agency that has collaboration in its DNA. At the end of that same year, I noticed an ad on various property search databases in the Santa Rita area of Turin, and so I proposed some solutions to Casavo. The... The collaboration was born and in a short time Casavo became the fundamental partner of my business. Considering the Casavo properties that I handle directly in the resale phase and those that derive from reports, all my daily activity is focused on you in one way or another.

What idea did you have of Casavo before getting in touch with us and how did you find it? Did working together change this idea?
Francesco: “In Turin, until 2019, Casavo presented itself as a new company; it didn't have the solidity of the brand that you were able to consolidate in the following years. I personally had only known you through some commercials and advertisements. I was immediately struck by your approach. I noticed professionalism, seriousness, and linearity in your model. You convinced me right away: I started to "sponsor you" both in the agency and with colleagues in the franchise, and sometimes I was even teased a bit for this!” (laughs)

You're a well-established company, and this helps me a lot when it comes to promoting your properties. Your reputation among real estate agents has grown even stronger. At the beginning, some agents with 25 years of experience had difficulty perceiving a startup as a reliable partner. Now they've completely changed their minds and consider Casavo a well-established, top-level company.
What added value does this collaboration bring to the end customer?
Francesco: “Many buyers are used to seeing rather questionable solutions. When they enter your properties they find themselves in another world, to the point that on one occasion a visitor commented: With Casavo properties there is a 'wow' effect. When presenting your properties I really notice a 'wow' effect, and now I have adopted this slogan to describe you.
How does Casavo technology support you in your daily work?
Marco: 'Your technology is fundamental. We publish our listings on the Casavo platform in one click thanks to the integration with Maximizer—the management software used in the agency—and we directly schedule appointments with potential buyers. This means you are increasingly present in the market; in fact, we see many benefits from the visibility that your business guarantees us. marketing.”

What are the values you believe in as an agency?
