A new beginning, a new brand identity

Over the last year, we have worked a lot on ourselves. We understood that, to be even more Close to you, and to those who choose to sell and buy a house, we needed a new image, a new brand identity that embraced our values and the future, allowing people who want to know us to do the same.

Rebranding, opening the doors to change

Since 2017, Casavo has evolved: it has gone from a platform for the direct purchase of houses, thanks to the Instant Buying model, to a 360° digital solutionfor sellers and buyers. This is where our rebranding began. We have tried to enhance the European character and the local focus of the company at the same time, building a brand capable of speaking to an increasingly wider audience, which is looking for a complete buying and selling experience.

And to new possibilities;

The change, and the rebranding, are this: opening the doors to new possibilities, with lightheartedness, carefreeness, joy. This is the Casavo Feeling, the concept designed for us by Design Studio, among the most important brand agencies in Europe, the same one that handled the rebranding of Deliveroo and the Belong Anywhere campaign for Airbnb, which supported and followed us throughout the project. Yes, we thought and worked big, because embracing the future means having big dreams.

Dreams to be realized. Starting from a door

This concept guided the development of the new brand identity starting from the logo, graphically represented with an opening door and a line pointing upwards, to highlight how Casavo allows people to look forward, to the future, with the knowledge that they can count on a partner who accompanies them throughout the entire process.

A look at our new colors

For our new brand identity, we chose a warm and joyful orange as our primary color, balanced by a reassuring dark green and soothing pastel shades. Our goal? To make people feel free, confident, and joyful as they experience their personal transformation. But we also thought about the real estate agents, who work with us every day, helping us improve the experience of selling and buying a home. For them we opted for a dedicated color palette, with a bright green as the primary color to convey clarity and technological innovation.

And to our new way of speaking

This has changed too. Because we realized that changing a brand or your life isn't easy. We chose to warm up our tone of voice, to be closer than we were before. We chose to guide people through the most difficult choices, embracing the beauty of change but also welcoming their worries and fears, making them our own. We chose a confident and confident voice, capable of clarifying doubts and perplexities. But we also chose to be light, empathetic to start a new chapter of life with a smile.
