Hi Chiara! Why did you decide to sell your property and how did you find the selling process?
I wanted to buy a new house, and I started looking for a larger apartment in a different area of the city. The experience with Casavo went very well, but the assistance I received was excellent. We know that you have also decided to buy a house with Casavo, What made you do it?
Doing research on the portals, I found a property that interested me and it was among those managed by Casavo. The fact that it was a subdivision with a new renovation piqued my interest and so I immediately contacted you.
When you decided to buy a house, how did you go about it?
I started with the classic search on the main portals, I found the listing for the house I was interested in and I was among the first to schedule an appointment. Knowing how fast the Milan real estate market moves, I rushed to make an offer. It was love at first sight!
How many houses did you visit before finding the house of your dreams?
I had only seen ads but then by contacting the various agencies I discovered that they had all been sold, so it was the first and only house I visited and, having been immediately convinced, I immediately scheduled a second viewing. Shortly after, the offer arrived; I must say that, compared to the norm, I was really very quick.
Why did you decide to buy this particular house?
Due to various factors such as the location, the price per square meter, the layout of the house, many features in line with my research. All the points were met, the only one not satisfied was the size as it is slightly smaller than what I was looking for, but I consider it an acceptable compromise given that all the other parameters I had set myself were met, especially the price.
Did you know Casavo before selling and buying? What is Was that your first impression?
No, I didn't know him. I found out after I was appointed, so I started doing some research on my own and read a few articles about you in "Il Sole 24ORE." My first impression was that it was an innovative and useful formula for expanding the market by even allowing the client to make some decisions regarding the renovation. From a sales perspective, however, Casavo offers you a secure price, guarantees you a certain amount, and even regarding timing, you already know that, barring external reasons, you will complete the process in 30 days.
Would you recommend a friend to buy and/or sell their property in Casavo? And why?
Absolutely yes! As for the purchase, I would definitely recommend it, as the properties sold by Casavo have prices in line with those of the market.
The same goes for the sale: the possibility of reducing the time and the certainty of the proposed price eliminate many worries that can arise when selling a house, especially if you are in a hurry; and the fact that you don't have to worry about who the buyer is is a great convenience.
