I bought my old house about 10 years ago, in completely different living conditions than I am in now. At the time I was single, now I'm married and the mother of two girls, so our family needs have completely changed, which is why the need for a new home arose.

No, first I relied on real estate agencies, the standard method so to speak, not knowing any other possible paths to follow. I initially signed an exclusive contract with one agency, but after 3-4 months, seeing that the visits were very few and the process was really slow, I decided to extend the mandate to several agencies. What was your first impression of Casavo? How did you find the sales process?
Excellent, although I have to tell the truth, at first the sales process seemed quite complicated for me. Let's say that initially it wasn't exactly intuitive, you still have to deal with several contracts, but the thing that struck me most was the maximum availability on the part of the Casavo team. They made a great effort to clarify the process for me in the best possible way, without hiding anything. With such availability clearly, they gave me a lot of trust right from the start.

Absolutely yes, in fact we even saved a few days perhaps. From the day we received the binding offer, only 20 days passed before we went to the notary.
Was there a more complex part of the process?
Yes, it was probably a little more complex at the beginning. I had to try to understand how the process worked, and I also relied on my trusted notary for my peace of mind. I had him review all the contracts, and when he confirmed their legal correctness and informed me of their clarity and reliability, I understood how much your process had been studied down to the smallest detail, even from a legal perspective. At that point, I really relaxed and decided to trust you. Let's just say that since there's no agent to mediate the negotiation, you can be a little hesitant and scared when you find yourself alone with a company offering to buy your property, so I decided to seek the support of my lawyer to overcome my doubts and finally be able to trust and rely on Casavo.
Are there other reasons why you decided to choose us?
There were several actually, obviously the first and most logical one is the economic one, because although I had received several offers from other people, they required very long times, and since we had already bought another house, we needed to sell as quickly as possible to avoid further costs deriving from maintaining the two properties. Furthermore, the fact of having the peace of mind of not having to worry about anything anymore certainly contributed. dealing with so many different intermediaries and having to sustain the many scheduled visits that I struggled to fit into my work routine and which in part brought about imbalances in my daily life. Do you think you sold your house underpriced by choosing Casavo?
As made clear from the start, Casavo applies a discount on the market price of the property, but as far as I'm concerned, it took away the stress of the sale and all the costs of maintaining the property; selling it for a little more money in a year or nine months didn't seem like an advantage to me. Better to have the money now and be free from the sales process. Let's say that the discount applied was well balanced by the speed of the service.

Yes, I can say that I am very happy and largely satisfied with the transaction, I have already I received 100% of the liquidity and I am free from all stress!
