Hi Daniela, tell us about your old house?
It was the family home, where I was born. It's a house that my sister and I are particularly fond of because it's the house where we grew up with our parents, it's full of memories. Unfortunately, my dad died suddenly in the summer of 2016, and so we inherited this apartment. After some deliberation, we decided that the best solution was to put it up for sale.

What led you to sell?
Well, the choice was dictated by the fact that my sister lives abroad, she moved to Dubai, so in reality she wouldn't have been able to take advantage of it. I live outside Milan, so in the same way I wouldn't have really taken advantage of it. This apartment is located in a fairly central area of Milan, but renting it out wasn't a solution for us: the thought of having to continue managing it and entrusting it to other people didn't really please us.
Had you already put the house up for sale before contacting Casavo? If so, how long was the house for? remained on the market?
Yes, I had put the house up for sale through an agency, and it remained on the market for about 3 months. The agency had obviously put the ad online with the photos. As for Casavo, you were actually the ones who contacted the agency, which then informed us of your existence. So we asked about you, but in reality, I was very skeptical at first. In fact, when we received the first proposal, I won't deny that we were full of fears.
What made you choose us?
It's not a traditional process in which two private individuals negotiate; it's not every day that a company buys a house!
But then we changed our minds: we did some research on you, we gathered information by asking our consultants, and we also met your owner. He seemed like a good person, so we said, "OK, let's go with them."
The offer was obviously lower than what we had set ourselves, but then we said to ourselves that in the end, considering the immediate sale and the enormous time saving, accepting your offer would have been the wisest choice, also because the price offered was not that far from the one initially hypothesized.
How did you find the sales process with Casavo?
In the first phase there was a sort of pre-sale, in the sense that Casavo obviously also wanted to make some checks, but let's say very normal things, things common to all sales. There was no It was nothing particularly difficult. Even regarding viewings, there were very few.
Would you recommend the sales process with Casavo?
Absolutely yes, it's an innovative formula that didn't exist in Italy until now. I must say that you solved quite a few problems for me, you drastically reduced the costs of selling the property. Furthermore, we immediately had financial availability, so I must say that I absolutely recommend it. In fact, I know that you don't yet deal with the outskirts of Milan, but if you could help me sell my house outside Milan too, I would be more than happy!
