Hi Paolo, tell us about yourself: where do you live and what do you do?
My name is Paolo Divizia, I live in Milan and work for the Italian Stock Exchange.
Tell us a little about it’ about your old house and your change of life?
I bought my old house in Milan because it was close to work and therefore was convenient for me; it was a very comfortable two-room apartment. When they moved me to the center, I started to evaluate other options, such as buying a larger house, and in the end I came to the conclusion that it was better to sell it.

Definitely a large living room. If I had to choose between a green space and a terrace, I would definitely choose the latter.
