Salvatore, can you tell us about your old house?
It was the family home. A beautiful house in a nice area. I'm very attached to it, and it was difficult to detach myself, but this year was the right time to sell it.

For many reasons, including family ones, the time had come to liquidate this asset that best met my needs. It's not a given that if I had kept the property on the market for 4-6 months, I would have recovered the discount that was applied to the selling price, obtaining a much higher profit. So in the end, I really saved a lot of time.

Do you think you have undersold your home by choosing Casavo?
My property has It had various values over time; I can say that I could have obtained much more several years ago, but then I didn't make up my mind and later decided to rent it out. Today the value has certainly depreciated, because the market has fallen, but this is inherent in the investment, you have to take into account the current conditions. I probably didn't think as an owner, but as the owner of a residential volume that is worth a certain price.
So can we say that you are satisfied with having sold to Casavo?
I must say that at the moment I am very satisfied. The process is The process was very straightforward, concrete, and correct, with short deadlines. The tenant vacated the property within the agreed timeframe, and there were no problems. Another reason I agreed to a transaction with Casavo was that it also reduced the waiting time I would have had to endure for the sale. Today, we know that a property can be worth a lot on the market, but the final selling price will be the result of a series of aspects related to the negotiation between the client and the buyer, and so you start with a price without knowing when it will sell and for how much.
