1. How long have you been working at Casavo and how was your journey so far?
I joined Casavo in September 2019, and since then my journey has been challenging, formative, and truly exciting. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally, working in an environment that constantly evolves and pushes you to think outside the box.
2. Why did you choose to work at Casavo?
I’ve always been passionate about innovation and technology, and the idea of bringing real change to a traditional sector like real estate immediately fascinated me. Casavo represented the perfect opportunity to combine my interests with a challenge that could have a tangible impact on the market.
3. In which team do you work? Can you describe it?
I currently work in the Partner Growth Italy team. We are a consolidated group that leverages years of experience and a 360° vision to develop a strong network of professional partners. Our goal is to create an innovative, stimulating, and productive ecosystem where collaboration leads to shared success.
4. Do you have a particular moment/project you remember?
2022 was an incredibly stimulating year. As Head of the Rome Acquisition Team, we managed the purchase of over €80 million worth of properties and built a network of more than 800 partners across the region. It was a period of great teamwork, growth, and satisfaction.
5. What’s the most important thing you learnt in Casavo?
I’ve learned to adapt quickly to change and to always keep a holistic perspective when making decisions. In a fast-paced and innovative environment like ours, flexibility and strategic vision are key.

7. Do you have a funny or meaningful anecdote related to office life or colleagues?
When we first started developing Casavo, it wasn’t easy to convey our innovative approach to the market. But with perseverance and a strong belief in our mission, we managed to reach a wide audience. It taught me that innovation takes time to be fully embraced but if you stay the course, the results come.
8. Is there anything unexpected or curious your colleagues might not know about you?
I’m a big music enthusiast! In my free time, I play in a band and, in the past, I’ve also written several radio shows. Music has always been a creative outlet that inspires me both in and outside of work.
