From her first sale over six years ago to leading a growing network of agents today, Capucine’s journey at Casavo is a story of passion, resilience, and human connection. After several years as an independent agent, she joined the internal team to train, coach, and empower others — bringing her trademark energy and positive attitude to every challenge.
In this interview, she shares what drives her, what she’s learned along the way, and why “positive attracts positive” has become her daily mantra.
1. How long have you been working at Casavo and how was your journey so far?
I’ve been part of Casavo for 6 years and 1 month.
I started as an independent real estate agent, a role I held for just over 4 years before joining the internal teams in December 2023.
I first became an Activation Manager, supporting future agents in their career transitions, training, and performance growth — a role perfectly aligned with my passion for mentorship and coaching.
Seven months ago, I had the opportunity to become Regional Manager for Western and Southern Île-de-France, covering the 92, 78, 91, and 94 departments.
My current mission is to recruit, structure, and lead a high-performing team, support our agents in the field, develop our City Managers, and grow the Casavo ecosystem with energy, kindness, and ambition.
It’s a human and collective adventure — rich, demanding, and deeply fulfilling.
2. Why did you choose to work at Casavo?
I chose Casavo because it’s an innovative, fast-growing company where I could leverage my field experience while having a tangible impact on both people and projects.
What attracted me most was the chance to guide agents in their professional development — to train, coach, and help them reach their potential — while contributing to a strong, supportive ecosystem.

3. Do you have a particular moment or project you remember?
I’ll never forget my very first sale at Casavo, over six years ago — a lead from a cold call on Leboncoin. The owner only answered because we shared the same name, “Marie-Capucine”! In the end, I signed an exclusive mandate and sold their beautiful apartment in the 15th district within two weeks!
4. What’s the most important thing you’ve learned at Casavo?
The importance of working with colleagues you truly get along with! It changes everything — getting up in the morning becomes much easier, and the end of the day is always more fun!
5. In three words, what is it like to work at Casavo?
Energy, positivity, and collaboration!

7. Do you have a funny or memorable office story?
Watching Maxence Pardon, our star recruiter, doing somersaults in the middle of the open space every time he successfully closes an interview with a new agent!
8. Is there anything unexpected or curious your colleagues might not know about you?
They already know me pretty well!
But one fun fact: my personal motto is “positive attracts positive.” It’s something I say every day — so much so that the marketing team even made me a poster of it, which now hangs above my desk!
