Hi Simone, tell us a little about yourself About you: where do you live and what do you do?
I'm an entrepreneur, I have an advertising company, and I live in Rome, in the Parioli area.
Tell us about your new home! Have you been dreaming about it for a long time? Was it a long search or was it love at first sight?
Actually, it went differently: I bought it for my son Filippo, he lives there. I found out about the apartment for sale through a friend of mine who lives in the same building. He told me about your operation, we came to see it out of curiosity and it was love at first sight. The apartment is tailor-made for him. It was all coincidence, initially we weren't even looking for a house.
Why? Did you choose to rely on Casavo?

Can you describe the experience you had with us? What aspects positively surprised you?
Definitely the fact that the team was very young and dynamic. I received immediate answers to all my questions, so it was definitely a very positive experience. I found friendliness and courtesy from the entire team that assisted me, especially regarding the request for customizations inside the house, for example the bathroom. What was proposed didn't thrill me, but thanks to your availability and that of your experts, I managed to obtain modifications that initially seemed very difficult to implement.
What shouldn't be missing in your dream home?
Definitely A nice parquet floor! And a nice parking lot too.
