Hi Francesco, tell us about yourself: where do you live and what do you do?
My name is Francesco and I have been living in Rome for a few years, working as a consultant for various companies. Having a long-term contract with a broad perspective, I decided to abandon renting and find a house of my own.
Tell us about your new home! Have you been dreaming about it for a long time? Was it a long search or was it Was it love at first sight?
I thought it would be a very long and difficult search, but I have to say that in the end it was love at first sight with the one I bought. The factors that had the greatest influence were the proximity to work and the fact that the house was located on a private street with easier parking. Parking a car in Rome can be an impossible feat!
Why? Did you choose to rely on Casavo?
I trusted Casavo because the offer I received was very tempting. I live alone, so I had to rule out looking for houses to renovate because it wasn't really compatible with my commitments. I therefore had two options: buying a new house or a renovated house. For economic reasons, I chose the second solution, and this led me to Casavo. Another determining factor that led me to trust Casavo was listening to the experience of a colleague of my mother's who had already purchased a house with you.
Can you describe your experience with us? What aspects surprised you most?
Definitely the professionalism of the team, I found everyone very kind. However, the thing I definitely appreciated most was the transparency.
What should not be missing in your dream home?
A beautiful balcony, like the one I have in my new house, and a very large and well-equipped kitchen, and definitely a nice gaming station for my PlayStation!
