I'm Francesca, I've been living in Milan for almost 12 years and I'm a Digital Marketing Manager.
Tell us about your new home: have you been dreaming about it for a long time? Was it a long search or was it Was it love at first sight?
Yes, actually I had been looking for it for a long time, almost two years. My first home. Looking for a house in Milan is very demanding, especially if you work all week and are undertaking this type of project alone.
I kept coming across houses with solutions that were sometimes bizarre, sometimes completely in need of revision, while I was looking for a house that was immediately habitable and that suited my style: following the work would have been impossible and in any case a commitment that I saw as too great for me, who lives alone in Milan and works 5 days a week. I didn't want one of the most beautiful things to become a source of stress and discomfort.

As soon as I saw the house, with the work already underway and a well-defined project, I immediately understood that their approach met my needs and desires exactly. I was positively surprised by the fact that Casavo approached the sale not as a mere transaction, but as an important life project designed for me, to be taken care of in detail and carried out without a hitch. Well, I felt this right away. No push-pull, unclear agreements, or that constant search for advantage that often tends to stiffen relationships and makes a home buying experience burdensome and tiring.
What should not be missing in your dream home?
A nice sofa, to be alone on when needed, but also to welcome friends when you are tired of solitude.
