“I found the Casavo process very simple, just one home visit and in an instant I had sold my house.”

Carlo

Hi Carlo, can you tell us a little about your old house?

I lived there for 10 years, it was a beautiful house, all in all I was quite happy there. Then when my children returned to live in Paris, I had to stay there alone. Despite having 3 dogs and an unlimited number of cats, it was still too big for me. So I decided to sell it, also because in the meantime I had also found another house. The neighborhood is nice, they make excellent cappuccino at the bar downstairs, there used to be a supermarket, then it closed. Very quiet area, never had any problems.

What led you to sell?

I found another apartment for sale It seemed like an opportunity, and it actually turned out to be one. So I wanted to sell it as quickly as possible.

Had you already put the house up for sale before contacting Casavo? How long did it stay on the market?

I had put the house up for sale 7 years ago by contacting an agency, without using the internet. I left it on the market for a year, thinking I could recover the amount I had invested to buy that house. Obviously, the market collapsed in the meantime, and I wasn't able to sell it. Then I met my current partner, so we decided to stay there for a while. At the time, I was completely unable to sell because I was asking too much; in fact, only one person came. This year, after six years, I decided to try again, before I found out about Casavo. My partner and I had already started looking at some houses in various areas for a year, and in the end we stayed in Milan because we found this opportunity.

How did you discover Casavo and what made you trust us?

I remember seeing an ad on Facebook. I called more out of curiosity than anything else, to see if the appraisal was real. It certainly wasn't the best. It was the highest price I could find, and rightly so, given the service you offer, but I was fine with it.

How did you find the sales process?

The process was quite slow, but that was my fault. In the sense that I could have sold the house in Casavo in 15-20 days, but the problem was that the compromise I had made to buy the other house was in June, so in reality it took me three months. But only because I wanted to take three months, otherwise it might have taken even less than 15-20 days. I couldn't move into the other house before June, and that's why I extended the process. Even regarding the home visits, you came only once and that's it, then once the compromise was made, a couple of people came to see the house, to check that everything was more or less in order. Very simple.

Would you recommend Casavo to anyone?

Yes, absolutely! I had a great time, there were no problems whatsoever.
