Daniele Gasperini, owner of the Le Cure di Gasperini Real Estate Agency, told us about his experience as our partner in the city of Florence.

Daniele, can you tell us a little about yourself and your agency?

I inherited this agency from my father and mother. It was founded in 1970 in this neighborhood of Florence called Le Cure. I started in 1980 when I was very young. I was studying and coming to the office, but I wasn't very passionate about the work. However, when I was around 25, something changed and I started to love this job. Now, going to work on Mondays is a great satisfaction for me; I consider myself lucky. The office is 20 square meters and has always remained small. Mine is a niche agency: I work with long-standing clients, acquired when my father and mother were still working, but also many other clients who have become "friends," including "nationally famous" people.

How did you hear about Casavo?

In the newspapers, it was presented as a new company born in Milan. I thought, "Let's see what they've come up with, whether they're taking our work away or what they're offering us." Working together, however, has completely changed this impression. I get along well with Luca from the Florence team, but I imagine the other colleagues have a similar professionalism and approach. I'm a very pragmatic, straightforward person and I get straight to the point; I don't like wasting time. The Casavo team seeks exactly this type of relationship, and when there's clarity, we work well together.

How do the technological tools made available by Casavo help you in your daily work?

First of all, I use the site. I think that the Casavo's listing platformis perfect for those looking for a home. We also make great use of the 360° camera from Realisti.co that you gave us. We use it to take high-quality photos of our apartments. I am happy to say that you have helped us raise our professionalism.

Tell us about your use of Doris, the technology platform created by Casavo for real estate agents. What opportunities have you had by uploading listings to Doris?

Clearly, I don't receive the same number of contacts as I do on historic sites that were created much earlier. However, this obviously also depends on the properties offered and the prices. Casavo, however, is a growing site where it is important to be present.

One of the main advantages of Doris is the direct reporting of properties to Casavo, which can propose itself as a direct buyer. What experience have you had from this point of view and how has the team managed to Have you contacted me once I've reported the property?

Even though there haven't been any acquisitions yet, when I list a property on Doris and report it, Casavo contacts me very quickly. This has already happened for several properties.

Would you recommend Casavo to other agencies?

I would recommend it. But I wouldn't recommend it too much because if there were too many agencies I would be overlooked! (laugh)
