After years spent in their five-room apartment in Rome, amidst memories, grown-up children and routines that had become too extensive for two people, they decided to turn the page. An important choice, made with emotion but also with clarity.

Let's start with you: tell us who you are?
We are Flavio and Virginia, we were born and raised in Rome. We have three Daughters and Five Grandchildren and after a lifetime of work, we now enjoy retirement and free time.
If you could have one superpower in your life, what would it be?
Definitely the gift of ubiquity! With so many grandchildren, commitments and sudden commitments multiply every day. If we could double it would be a really great thing!

Why did you decide to sell your house?
We are very fond of our home, the house where we grew up (and grew up) with our daughters. We chose it for its size: we wanted a house that could accommodate us comfortably and that would also offer us the opportunity to have beautiful outdoor spaces, both private and condominium. Our five-room apartment had just everything. It is also located in the Tintoretto area, a convenient area of Rome and very well served. Supermarkets, schools, gyms, parks: here we have found everything you need. Now, needless to say, this house has gotten too big for the two of us. Our daughters have moved out and we have so many square meters that we no longer use.
Why did you choose Casavo to sell your house?
Our daughters told us about it, who saw the billboards around the city. We wanted a reliable agency that would manage the entire sales process and that would take care of every bureaucratic aspect. We have already sold a house in the past and we know very well how choosing the right agency makes the difference. It's not just about selling a house, but about understanding people's real needs.

How was the sales process with Casavo?
We completely relied on our reference agent, and it was the best choice. He dealt with every aspect of the purchase and sale, including the management of negotiations. We had set a sales price of 495,000 euros and we didn't want to lower it too much in order to sell. Our agent helped us get the most out of it, we couldn't ask for more. He has also been very patient in helping us to collect all the necessary documents to sell the house - and there are many of them!
How would you describe your experience with Casavo?
Extremely positive. We had all the support and closeness possible at a time in our lives so full of changes: beautiful, but also emotionally delicate and sometimes stressful.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to sell a house?
Choosing the right agency makes a real difference. Closeness and human warmth are fundamental aspects at such special moments in life. In addition, it is important present your home at its best, when the photo session is organized and potential buyers are received. As the saying goes,”There's no second chance to make a good first impression.”

What do you dream for the future?
Lots of time to dedicate to our grandchildren, but also to us and our hobbies. Finally we will leave for a vacation in the Philippines, a dream that we have had for many years!
