Milan, November 28, 2023 - Buying a house is one of the most important decisions in life, both emotionally and financially. This is especially true for young people who face the difficulties of searching for a home, taking out a mortgage, and rising inflation and prices. To come to the aid of an entire generation, and also to partially defuse the situation, Casavo, the digital platform that matches the needs of those selling homes with the desires of those buying, launches its podcast today, "Everyone at Home in Crisis." .
The podcast, narrated in the first person, features Tino, a boy from Central Italy who studied in Milan and stayed in the city for the job he loves. After a few years of sharing an apartment with friends, he realizes that the time has come for him to find a home of his own, where he can "grow up." In six episodes, Tino recounts real-life moments that every thirty-year-old today can relate to, and the different situations he finds himself experiencing on his journey towards buying a home, including his worries (his own, but also his family's) and the enthusiasm with which he approaches this new experience.
In the story, Casavo himself will come to Tino's aid by making buying a house simple and transparent thanks to the use of technology. From the search for an apartment, through taking out a mortgage, to the actual signing of the purchase contract: Casavo will help Tino achieve his happy ending.
