Milan, 28 March 2023 - Casavo, the digital platform that matches the needs of those selling homes with the desires of those buying, announces its membership in the National Youth Card, the digital tool (downloadable on the IO app) for girls and boys between 18 and 35 years old that allows easier access to goods, services, experiences and opportunities.
By choosing to purchase a Casavo House, that is, houses purchased directly from Casavo and renovated to be "ready to move into," those under 36 will be able to benefit from an offer thanks to which Casavo will cover the notary's* fee for the deed of sale.
For young people who want to buy a house, it will be sufficient to view the ads with the "Casa Casavo" tag on the Casavo platform. Once the home best suited to their needs has been identified, the user will be able to benefit from the Casavo offer present on the Youth Card within the "Home" section. and save the budget allocated for the notary's fee for the property's sales deed. This is usually an expense that can amount to up to €3,000, depending on the value of the property. Taxes must also be added to this amount, such as the registration tax (equal to 9% of the cadastral value of the property, 2% if it is a first home), the land registry tax, and the mortgage tax (each equal to €50).

*The offer refers to the notary fees relating to the deed of sale. All other costs (e.g. registration tax) will be borne by the buyer at the time of the notarial deed. The choice of the notary will be made by agreement between the parties.
