In October 2017, in those weeks when Casavo was born, when that team of a few people was formed that would represent the beginning of a story yet to be written, no one could have imagined what the path of the newborn startup would be. One of the first choices was to rent a workspace in the Talent Garden co-working space in Milan Calabiana, the ideal location for an innovative, flexible company still searching for its own identity.
The Casavo office, at the time, consisted of a few desks, lots of papers, and little space for the new professionals who would begin to join the group over the weeks. In the meantime, projects and growth plans were being devised that, month after month, transformed into achieved objectives and successfully concluded operations. As the team grew, the desks in Talent Garden were replaced by a small space dedicated exclusively to Casavo. It was the continuation of a journey that would lead, in July 2018, to a new headquarters for Casavo: a first real office, a space on two floors, with meeting rooms, a common area and work areas that in just a few months was populated by many new additions to the company team.
This office, on Via Ripamonti, represented the entire Casavo world for many employees. In this space, planning for the future and the company's expansion projects continued, and awareness of the means and opportunities at stake also matured. Via Ripamonti also represented the headquarters where the worked to close the Serie A financing of 7 million euros and the raising of 27 million euros of debt, which marked unique and important milestones.

To achieve these objectives, the Casavo office has transformed over the months into something more of a simple office, characterized by passion and above all by late-night meetings that all team members still remember.
Moving from the small space in TAG, which we called the "aquarium," to a real office seemed to represent a step forward, a much more defined structure of our reality, Daniele, who has been at Casavo since February 2018, tells us, "the space in Ripamonti quickly became our real home, to which each of us is linked in a different but important way. How many anecdotes could we tell?
In just six months, however, we realize that we are truly a part of the world. I realized that the space on Via Ripamonti was not sufficient to accommodate the new additions to the team. Indeed, what only a few months earlier was seen as a driving force for continued growth was turning into a limitation on Casavo's growth, which was also linked to the growth of its team. In the early months of 2019, part of the Milan team then moved to two coworking spaces, Regus and Flexworking, as the Via Ripamonti office could no longer accommodate all the people. Today, after a few months of work on the spaces, the Milan team has moved to the startup's new headquarters and discovered the new office.
We are really satisfied with our new headquarters, which represents not only a great result, but above all the premise for continued growth. The new space in fact houses all our employees, but is also designed to welcome those who will join Casavo in the coming months.

The spaces have been designed to ensure a place where the different functions can work in synergy and, at the same time, offer everyone their own space. Our new headquarters also represents a point of reference for all those who do not work in the Milan office, but who will also find spaces for themselves when they reach this location, according to Francesco Paglione, head of human resources, who oversaw the project together with architect Alessandro Paternò of the P+ark studio.
The new offices, designed to ensure optimal collaboration between the various company functions, cover over 500 square meters. The spaces are designed around a large and bright central open space, which overlooks offices and meeting rooms. Break areas, a kitchen, and informal meeting rooms complete a dynamic environment suited to every need. Without walls, but with glass partitions, the spaces of the new headquarters are inspired by principles of synergy and transparency, in line with the company values.

This continuous change, this evolution is a distinctive feature of our reality – and probably also of the people who are part of it” è one of the many comments from employees who discovered the new spaces today, retracing in their memories all the progress made in recent months.

The challenge now is to continue the growth path that began two years ago in a totally different space, but full of passion and the desire to innovate the Italian real estate market.
