Milan, 9 March 2023 – Casavo, the digital platform capable of creating the perfect match between those who sell and buy homes, announces its new Out Of Home campaign starting March 13 in Milan, Rome, and Turin.

The campaign is aimed at those who want to sell a property and are looking for the perfect buyer. The concept, in fact, was developed around the concept of matching sellers and buyers. There are many reasons that push people to sell a home - from the need for more space to the desire to pursue new job opportunities - and it is generally an uncertain and very stressful process. Thanks to its technology, Casavo transforms complexity into simplicity. and allows those selling a house to find the ideal buyer directly via the app in a few simple steps.

To create the instant match between supply and demand, Casavo uses a proprietary algorithm that analyses the so-called buyer interest, i.e. the set of all the search preferences of a buyer (range price, area, property features), which are then matched with the characteristics of the properties evaluated on the Casavo platform, including the area and market price, thus facilitating the direct matching between supply and demand. The seller can then choose directly from the App whether to sell to one of the buyers selected by the Casavo algorithm (thus maximizing the sale price), or directly to Casavo (thus obtaining 100% of the liquidity in a few days).

The creativity has been expressed in various formats: bus shelters, posters, mupis and medium digital formats will "invade" the three cities Italian companies for two weeks with the aim of reaching a broad consumer target.
